 Pedagogy 

Pedagogy is a teaching skill that every teacher must have. Mastering pedagogy is a must for a teacher to understand learners deeply. 

Teaching Method  

 

The learning process begins when the teacher enters the classroom, students stand in neat rows and then greet the teacher. On the first day of observation, I made observations in elementary school classes. Before starting learning, the teacher invites students to do warm-up activities. In this warm-up activity, the teacher gives some kind of instruction to students, and students follow the instructions given by the teacher. Warm-up activities given by the teacher before learning begins make students excited, cheerful, and ready to start learning. When delivering material, occasionally the teacher gives short games to train students' focus. Doing these two things (warm-up activities and short games) greatly affects the teaching and learning process and provides positive responses and impacts for both students and teachers. 

Learning Material and Innovation 

The classroom provides good facilities to support the learning process, such as : 

1. Whiteboard 

2. Markers, chalk, and blackboard erasers 

3. Screen to display learning materials 

4. Tables and chairs 

5. A place to put students' school supplies 

Teachers deliver learning materials using the blackboard, the screen that has been provided in class, or other learning media such as power points and textbooks.

Sources of Learning and Technology

Each subject has two books, namely workbooks and student books. Student books contain learning materials, while workbooks include materials and exercises. The following are student books and workbooks used by teachers at future schools.

The assessment format used by the teacher is as follows:
1. Through the student workbook

2. Student activeness in class discussions

3. Exercises 
4. Examination
